Horse Trails In Iowa

Iowa has some of the midwests' most beautiful equestrian trails.  From high rugged bluffs in the North East to the Upland Forests in the South East, Central Iowa's open priaries and the beautiful Loess Hills in the West. Finding all the places to ride in Iowa was a challenge, so I compiled this book for myself and other trail riders.  I started in the first book in 2001 after contacting all the county conservation boards, state parks, county parks and private places that have equestrian trails. 

I have updated the original HORSE TRAIL IN IOWA, with the new 2010 edition that has a lot of new places to ride, some have been closed, and I think I have managaged to make the guide easier to use.   I got so much help from other trail riders, friends and tried to incorporate as many suggestions as I could in this new edition.
